I warmly welcome You to our Website, and wish You a useful browsing. Our student hostel has been operating since 1953, and it is located in the center of Szeged. Originally it was a student residence, and later worked as a dormitory, and in 1960 won the college title. General medicine, dentistry and pharmacy students have won accommodation here, but also here studying foreign students can be found in our Hostel in Szeged.

The Jancsó Miklós Id. College currently operates as a College of the Faculty of Medicine, University of Szeged. The institution has got 237 beds, mostly four-bed placement. The college faculty mainly takes medical students, but the empty space can be accommodated students from other faculties .
Student Committee elected by the students works in the college, which plans, organizes and directs the work of the college community, cultural and sporting activities, such as college freshmen camps, trips, theater visits, sports days, competitions and pig slaughtering .
The college has many other advantages in addition to the downtown location, close to the train station, close to the educational rooms, main locations just a few minutes walk away. The living rooms have Internet access connectors, and supply the correct number of student rooms ensuring the conditions are in place for a quiet learning.
